Quick And Effective At Home Workout

My heart is full of gratitude this morning. I just want to take a moment to thank you for all of your support! It truly means the world to me. When I started this blogging venture, I did it as a means to share my thoughts and ideas with others, but I never imagined that I would get so much fulfillment out of it. Your feedback, comments, emails, photos, etc., warm my heart and bring a smile to my face! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Breakfast

I’m starting this morning off with a big smoothie bowl for breakfast! I have been busy getting ready to leave later this evening so my time was limited this morning. And what is easier than putting everything into the blender?

I threw a frozen banana, strawberries, and mangoes, about 1/4 cup oats, almond milk, and ice into a blender then topped it off with a crumbled rice cake, dried cherries, and peanut sauce (peanut flour mixed with almond milk)

I like my smoothies eaten with a spoon!

Now let’s get to that workout!

As you guys know, I’ve been incorporating quick little workouts in each day this month as part of my “no excuses, just move it” challenge.

This is a great effective workout that you can do as many times through as you would like, or just once through for a quick pick-me-up! I love the combination of getting your heart rate up and toning those muscles!
