What I Ate Last Wednesday
Last Wednesday was full of good meals! Veggie-ful in every way, which makes me happy!
Workout
I kicked off my Wednesday with a very dull outfit at the gym and a sweaty workout from Energy Bits. If you haven’t checked out their site, you definitely should. Each Monday they post a new WOD, which is awesome!

I ended my time at the gym with a 3 minute plank.
Breakfast

I made the always delicious post run omwich after my workout! This baby included spinach, zucchini, yellow squash, and edamame.

Just like Popeye: strength training and spinach for the win!
Snack
Almonds, Cashews, Raisins

Lunch
Turkey Wrap with Veggies

I put together a wrap using a Flatout flatbread, deli turkey, spinach, bell peppers, and cheese. On the side I had some baby carrots and sugar snap peas.

Pear CHO with Strawberries

Dinner
Baked Chicken, Quinoa, and Vegetables

I seasoned some chicken with lemon pepper, black pepper, and basil, and baked it in chicken broth and lemon juice. I added the chicken broth-lemon juice mixture to the quinoa and seasoned asparagus and carrots with lemon pepper and basil before sautéing them.

Protein Hot Chocolate, Cranberry Chocolate Chunk Scone, Banana & PB
