Cranberry Chocolate Chunk Scones
Adapted from Prevention Magazine’s Lemon Blueberry Scones

1 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Ground Oats
1/2 cup Nonfat Dry Milk
2 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Chobani Vanilla Chocolate Chunk Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Applesauce
1/3 cup Craisins

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. Whisk together flour, oats, dry milk, flax seed, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
3. Stir together the yogurt, apple sauce, and craisins.
4. Add yogurt mixture to dry ingredients.
5. Drop the batter onto prepared baking sheet by the spoonful (~2 Tbsp) to make 17 scones.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned and firm.
